find me+ Paid Features Terms

We offer certain enhanced features of find me+ that you can access for a fee, such as the ability to view more nearby users or access additional profiles functionalities. By purchasing these features, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Information

Some of our paid features are offered on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The subscription will be billed to your Apple Account or Google Play account at the time of purchase and upon renewal.

• Length of Subscription: Monthly.

• Price: The price will be displayed to you before completing the purchase.

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple Account or Google Play account settings at any time after purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the same as your original subscription price unless otherwise stated.

3. Free Trial

We may offer free trials of subscription or other paid features. The free trial period will last for the time specified at sign-up, and your Apple Account or Google Play account will be charged for the subscription once the trial period ends unless you cancel before that time. You can cancel at any time before the free trial ends through your Apple Account or Google Play account settings.

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in Apple's or Google Play'srefund policy. If you experience any issues with your purchase, you can contact Apple or Google Play Support for assistance.

5. Changes to Pricing

We may change the price of our subscription and other paid features from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you in advance. Price changes will not affect subscription already purchased unless you agree to the new terms.

6. License and Usage

Your purchase of any paid features grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the features for personal, non-commercial use. These features are to be used in compliance with all applicable laws and within the terms of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Processing

All payments for subscriptions and other paid features are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play's in-app purchase system. You must comply with Apple's or Google Play's payment policies and terms when purchasing any features within the app.

8. Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple Account or Google Play account settings on your device. Once canceled, you will still have access to the paid features for the remainder of the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew.
