Social Interaction Guidelines

At Find me+, we contribute to the advancement of humanity by empowering people to express themselves, enjoy the moment, and connect with one another. We have established these social interaction guidelines to support our mission by encouraging self-expression in the broadest sense, while ensuring that Find me+ users can safely use our services every day. We want these guidelines to be clear and understood by all members of our community. Please note that to join our community, you must be at least 17 years old.

These guidelines apply to all forms of content (including all forms of communication such as text, images, links, or emojis) or activities on Find me+—and to all Find me+ users. We are particularly sensitive to content or behavior that poses a severe risk of harm to Find me+ users, and we reserve the right to take immediate and permanent action against users who engage in such behavior.

We have specified here and in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the specific rules for prohibited content on Find me+, and we work to ensure consistent enforcement of these rules. When enforcing these rules, we consider the nature of the content, including whether it is newsworthy or realistic and pertains to a political or social issue, or any other public concern relevant to our community.

1.No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We do not allow content or behavior that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hate Speech or Discrimination: Content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination.

• Harassment or Bullying: argeted abuse, threats, or intimidation of other users.

• Violent Content: Any content that glorifies, encourages, or incites violence or harm to individuals or groups.

• Illegal Content: Sharing or promoting illegal activities or substances is strictly prohibited.

• Sexually Explicit Content: Inappropriate or explicit content is not allowed.

2.Respectful Communication

We encourage users to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. This includes:

• Avoiding the use of offensive language or slurs.

• Engaging in civil discussions and disagreements without resorting to personal attacks.

• Respecting other users' opinions and perspectives.

3.Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload or share content that you do not own or have permission to use.

4.Reporting and Blocking Mechanism

Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates these guidelines. You can also block users who engage in objectionable or inappropriate conduct. The Find me+ team will review reports and take action within 24 hours.

5.Consequences of Violating the Guidelines

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

• Removal of the offending content.

• Temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s account.

• Other actions deemed necessary by the Find me+ moderation team.

6.Sexual Content

• We prohibit any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of any minor, including sharing child sexual exploitation images, abuse, grooming, or sexual solicitation (sextortion), or the sexualization of children. We report all instances of child sexual exploitation that we identify, including attempts to engage in such behavior, to authorities. Do not share, store, send, forward, distribute, or request explicit nude or sexual content involving anyone under the age of 18 (including images of yourself).

• We prohibit the promotion, distribution, or sharing of pornography, as well as commercial activities related to pornographic material or sexual interactions (whether online or offline).

• Content related to breastfeeding or other depictions of nudity is acceptable, provided it is in non-sexual contexts.

7.Harassment and Bullying

• We prohibit all forms of bullying or harassment. This includes all forms of sexual harassment, such as sending explicit or suggestive sexual or nude images to other users. If someone blocks you, you must not contact them from another Find me+ account.

• Sharing images of someone in a private space—such as a bathroom, bedroom, changing room, or medical facility—without their knowledge and consent is prohibited, as is sharing someone else’s private information without their knowledge and consent, or for the purpose of harassment (also known as "doxxing").

• If someone appears in a photo you’ve posted and requests its removal, please honor their request! You must respect the privacy rights of others.

• Please also do not abuse Find me+’s reporting mechanisms by falsely reporting acceptable content.

8.Threats, Violence, and Harm

• Encouraging violent or dangerous behavior or engaging in violent or dangerous behavior is prohibited. Intimidation or threatening harm to a person, group of people, or someone’s property is also prohibited.

• Depictions of gratuitous or graphic violence, including animal abuse, are prohibited.

• We do not allow glorification of self-harm, including promoting self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders.

9.Harmful Misinformation or Deception

• We prohibit the posting of harmful or malicious misinformation, such as denial of tragic events, unverified medical claims, undermining the integrity of civic processes, or manipulating content for false or misleading purposes (whether through creative AI or deceptive editing).

• Impersonating someone (or something) you are not or attempting to deceive people about your identity is prohibited. This includes impersonating friends, celebrities, public figures, brands, or other individuals or organizations for harmful purposes or in non-satirical contexts.

• Spam is prohibited, including undisclosed paid content or promotions, schemes for followers, promoting spammy apps, or promoting multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.

• We prohibit fraud and other deceptive practices, including promoting fraudulent goods or services, get-rich-quick schemes, or impersonating Find me+ or a Find me+ company affiliate.

10.Illegal or Regulated Activities

• Do not use Find me+ to send or post illegal content within your jurisdiction or for any illegal activity. This includes promoting or facilitating criminal activity, such as the purchase, sale, exchange, or facilitation of the sale of illegal or controlled substances or contraband (such as child exploitation images or abuse), weapons, or counterfeit goods or documents. It also includes promoting or facilitating any form of exploitation, including trafficking.

• We prohibit the unlawful promotion of controlled goods or industries, including unauthorized promotion of gambling, tobacco or e-cigarette products, and alcohol.

11.Hate Speech, Terrorism, and Violent Extremism

• Terrorist organizations, violent extremists, and hate groups are prohibited from using our platform. We do not tolerate content that promotes or supports terrorism or violent extremism.

• Hate speech, degrading content, or speech that encourages discrimination or violence based on race, color, social class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, veteran status, immigration status, socioeconomic status, age, weight, or pregnancy is strictly prohibited.

Please remember that you can always report violations of these guidelines to our Trust & Safety team by contacting us. We review these reports to determine violations of these guidelines. If the social interaction guidelines are violated, we may remove the offending content and/or terminate or limit the visibility of your account, and/or report it to law enforcement. We also refer information to law enforcement when the activity poses an imminent threat to human life. If your account is terminated for violating these guidelines, you are not allowed to use Find me+ again or circumvent the termination in any way.

Find me+ company reserves the right to remove or restrict account access to users who are deemed, at our sole discretion, to pose a risk to others, whether on Find me+ or outside it. This includes leaders of hate groups, terrorist organizations, and individuals known to incite violence and cause serious harm to others, or behavior that we believe constitutes a threat to human life. When assessing such behavior, we may consider guidance from other resources, such as subject matter experts or law enforcement, in determining whether to remove or restrict access to an account.
